CrossPoint can be licensed in a number of ways to suit your budget. Monthly and Annual Subscriptions include Gold Level Support.- Perpetual License - $225/seat plus Support (see below chart for Support options)
- Annual Subscription - $120/seat/year
- Monthly Subscription - $12/seat/month

Training
CrossPoint is a powerful tool when used properly, and good training is the key to success. The training program is broken down by the two main types of users – Web and Cruiser. The Web training is for general staff that will use CrossPoint to track their assigned tasks, report their progress on those tasks, and collaborate with their manager/peers on the project. Reporting and management dashboards are also handled in the Web function. The Cruiser is where the heavy lifting of project building and management takes place, and requires more specialized training.
Training can be obtained the following ways.-
Basic Training Package - $2,995
This includes a pre-installation review of CrossPoint configuration options, installation of CrossPoint on your server, and both Web training and Cruiser training. Users attend training classes online, from the convenience of their own desk on a schedule that makes sense for your team. -
Customized Training Program - $150/hour
Customized training is available if you need to tailor training to your specific processes or methods. This program is built and delivered by an experienced Professional Services team member
Professional Services - $150/Hour

Installation / Configuration
Since CrossPoint is designed as an enterprise-class application and is server based, it requires a certain level of technical expertise to install and set up properly. Most IT staff members should be able to install CrossPoint by following the detailed installation instructions that are included, and support of that process is provided at no charge, but in some cases customers may want additional help and assistance when setting up the product. This is typical where the customer wishes to leverage the flexible configuration tools that allow CrossPoint to better fit their specific goals and desires, and where spending time with a Professional Services team member can streamline this process. -
Integrations
CrossPoint comes with an open API architecture, and customers may chose to link it to various other systems that they use, ie ERP, payroll, etc. This allows data to be captured and distributed more effectively into the systems that require it. We would be glad to work with you to evaluate and determine how leveraging this could provide additional benefits to you. -
Custom Reports
Let's be honest - part 2. Rarely does any software application provide all the reports out of the box to fit everyone’s needs. Many solve this by linking to 3rd party reporting tools like Crystal Reports©, or having the ability to export to applications like MS Excel©, or having built in querying tools. Crosspoint does a good job of providing the last two, but there are cases where a customer just wants a specific report that they can run with the click of a mouse.
