If CrossPoint the product is our skeleton, product support is our heart. Without it, we would not survive long. We are firmly committed to providing the highest level possible, and that encompasses training, help desk, bug fixes and new development.
User feedback and comments are ultimately the driver behind product improvements. Customers are encouraged and welcomed to share their constructive thoughts on CrossPoint, either by sharing in the knowledge base or participating in the User Forum.
For efficiency in serving our customers, all general support requests should be submitted though our online Support (see link below). Here you can enter and track status on your support requests.
